What is email signature management?
Email signature management means designing, deploying and keeping current the signature at the bottom of every employee’s email from one place, instead of each person editing their own. Bantusign is not a document e-signature product like DocuSign: it manages the signature block on your outgoing email.
Does Bantusign work with Microsoft 365?
Yes. The Outlook add-in, installed by an admin, inserts the approved signature into new messages on every plan. Growth and above can add an Exchange transport rule that appends it to outbound mail from any device.
Does Bantusign support Google Workspace?
Yes. Bantusign writes each employee’s signature into their Gmail settings through the Gmail API once a Google super admin grants domain-wide delegation. Edits and publishes reach mailboxes within minutes.
Does Bantusign read or route company email?
Not unless you turn it on. The Gmail API, the Outlook add-in and the Exchange rule never route your email, and our servers never receive its content. Optional Cloud signatures is the one exception: your administrator turns it on, and only the outgoing mail your rule selects passes through our relay, which adds the signature, stores nothing and returns it to your Exchange Online or Google Workspace to send.
Is a credit card required, or a minimum number of users?
Neither. New accounts start with a 14-day free trial of the plan chosen at sign-up with no payment card, and pricing is per seat with no seat minimum. Alias mailboxes are never billed.
