Approval Workflows
An approver signs off before a campaign, A/B test or new signature goes live, on every plan. On Enterprise you can also lock a signature, or just its footer, so it cannot be edited in the console.

See who is covered and what needs attention: each person’s status, the evidence behind it and the latest check.
Signature Coverage
Confirmed, Inferred, Pending, Drifted or Not covered, with the evidence and when it was checked. Inferred is never rounded up to Confirmed. Troubleshoot lists the checks behind a status and changes nothing.
Drift Detection
Gmail mailboxes read back every 24 hours, the Exchange rule every 6 hours (Growth and above). Admins are alerted once when verification stops, and the alert clears when it is fixed.
Test Email
A person sends one test email from the Me page, from their own mailbox to a one-time address Bantusign owns. It proves their signature on that message; everyone else stays Inferred.
Analytics and Signature Health
Growth and aboveClicks, impressions counted as image loads, A/B results, brand consistency and link monitoring. No IP address is stored.
